What e-commerce fulfilment is

Fulfilment means handing your store's logistics to an outside operator. You sell and market; we receive deliveries, keep stock, pick and pack orders, hand parcels to carriers and process returns. You pay for the space you occupy and the operations performed — not for a fixed warehouse.

How it works

1

Integration

We connect our warehouse system to your store or marketplace so orders flow in automatically.

2

Receiving

Pallets, cartons or a full container are unloaded, counted and booked into our WMS.

3

Storage

Racked storage in a class-A warehouse, with agreed stock reporting.

4

Pick & pack

Items are picked, packed in the right box, inserts added and the label printed.

5

Shipping

Parcels go to carriers; B2B orders ship on pallets.

6

Returns

Inspected, repacked if needed and put back into stock.

Channels we handle

Amazon (FBM shipping and FBA replenishment), Allegro — Poland's largest marketplace — eBay, your own web store, and the TEMU, SHEIN and TikTok Shop models that require stock held and shipped inside Europe. B2B pallet deliveries to distributors and retail chains come from the same stock.

Why Poland and why us

Our main site is our own class-A warehouse in Pietrzykowice, on the A4 motorway near Wrocław — around 150 km from the German border and 110 km from the Czech border. Eastern Germany and Czechia are usually next-day destinations, at Polish cost levels.

Smart-Warehouse is operated by CargoNet Polska, a freight forwarder working since 2019. We move goods from Asia by sea, rail and air, clear them through customs in Poland and deliver them straight into the warehouse. Once cleared, goods circulate freely within the EU. One account manager, one invoice.

Pricing

Fulfilment is billed separately for storage and for operations. Market ranges in Poland in 2026: pick & pack PLN 4–9 per order, pallet storage PLN 35–60 per month, packaging PLN 1.5–4 per parcel. Courier costs are usually more than half the cost of an order, so carrier rates and box sizing matter more than the pallet rate. We send a quote split into storage and operations within 24 hours on working days. More: warehousing and fulfilment costs.
